The development is composed as a unified group rather than a collection of unrelated houses. A consistent gabled form gives each residence a clear identity, while subtle variation in stone, timber and screening adds depth to the street elevation. The plan prioritises simple circulation, useful living space and a strong connection between the interior and private outdoor areas.
